John Jahnke

John is an experienced theater director and producer, as well as a published playwright. He is also a well-versed arts executive, having acted as Executive Director and Head of Institutional Relations at Chashama. As a director and playwright, he has developed, directed, and produced multidisciplinary theater and video works at BAM Next Wave, The Park Avenue Armory, The Watermill Center, Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions, The MacDowell Colony, The Public Theater, The Orchard Project, Performance Space 122 and Abrons Art Center, among others.
