"Window Looming", a dance performance by Emma Cotter based on the tale of Odysseus' wife Penelope that used various materials discarded and donated by Garment District businesses, inaugurated chashama's window performance series, Not For Sale, which ran at our then-newest west-side venue from November 3rd through December 19th, 2004. After an indoor-only viewing of the work, an artist reception with silent auction was held on Saturday 7-10p to benefit Emma's dance company RETTOCAMME, including original artworks by Emma Cotter, Rob Fournier, Roy Germon, Ron Gott, Nicole Schulman and Michael Reck.
