chashama first programmed site-specific performance and window performance-installations in this Garment District space with Window Looming, a four-day piece by RETTOCAMME that began the window performance series, Not For Sale, in 2004.

(The event hosting organization “The Tank” periodically hosted events here (and in other chashama spaces) while securing a permanent venue of their own.)
