Matt has spent the last 4 years at Compass, a real estate technology company valued at
over 3 Billion. In that time he developed every aspect of the brand and built an industry
leading in-house marketing and creative org across 15 US markets. In 2018 he became
Chief Creative Officer to oversee the global expansion of the brand with a focus on the
creative studio. This follows over 2 years as the EVP of Content & Marketing at Tribeca
Film where Matt was responsible for launching the digital studios division and oversaw
the group to develop next-generation entertainment properties in partnership with brands.
In addition the role oversaw all design direction, digital product development and
marketing efforts at Tribeca Enterprises, which includes the annual Tribeca Film Festival.
He started his career on the Comedy Central digital creative team and began his
entrepreneurial path as a partner at creative agency, thehappycorp global, where he
worked with clients such as Apple, Anheuser Busch, MoMA, and Foursquare precursor
Dodgeball. He co-founded the creative “fight club”, LVHRD, known for its artisanal events
that fueled competition among NYC creative professionals from 04-09 and spent 09-12
running Winston Wolf, a consultancy he founded to work with teams at Mercedes AMG,
Reebok, and Vitamin Water to uncover ways that design and technology could impact
their future growth.
His career has focused on architecting creative teams and elevating the connection
between marketing and product. He is modern creative business leader with proven
management capabilities, organizational acumen and talent fostering approach that is
