Keith Kraughto

Keith oversees Chashama’s rotating portfolio of 25 to 50 locations including offices, lobbies, studios, storage units, and gallery spaces.  With operations, facilities, maintenance and construction accountability, he oversees an operations team responsible for in-the-field design solutions, location buildouts, maintenance, deinstallations, turnovers, interior design, and vendor management.  Keith is a highly accomplished property manager, construction project manager, and building operations professional.  His project leadership expertise drives the planning and management of risks, priorities, budget performance, asset preservation, satisfaction and retention, industry compliance, motivating and supervising an engaged and productive team.   Previously he was the operations director for NYU Shanghai, and before that, held positions with Brooklyn Music School, Fashion Scholarship Fund, The Trust for Public Land, and Chaminade University.
