“Off The Wall By The People” was an outdoor mural painted on a construction fence (donated by Simone Development Companies) along a Borden Avenue development, and was commissioned for the Endless Love Crew by Borden East River LLC. One of several local government intiatives to brighten up construction zones around the city.
