“Off The Wall By The People” at 48-15 11th Street in Astoria, was a series of panels painted on a construction fence (donated by Simone Development Companies) along a development site, and was commissioned for the Endless Love Crew by 11/49 Realty LLC. One of several local government intiatives to brighten up construction zones around the city.
