Previously an old bank building, 25-25 44th Drive became an arts incubator space and creative outdoor venue. Past programming has included 3rd Ward’s Dumpster Pools and Rooftop Films. This multi-level building included parking, office space, large windows for exhibiting work, is close to the E, G, M and 7 trains and 10 minutes to Midtown Manhattan.

In addition to the 4,000+ interior square footage, 15,000 sq ft of outdoor space was also available for events and performances.
