“The Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park, a 2.35-million-square-foot, 51-storey office tower completed in 2010, houses Bank of America’s global corporate and investment banking businesses, The Durst Organization’s corporate headquarters, and several other prestigious tenants. Setting a new standard in sustainable commercial construction, this tower was the first skyscraper in North America to achieve LEED Platinum certification and ranks among the most environmentally advanced skyscrapers in the world. Building features include: an urban garden room, a 4.6 megawatt combined heat and powerplant, an ice storage system, a building-wide water reclamation system, green roofs that utilize compost from tenant cafeteria waste, state-of-the-art advanced air filtration for exceptional indoor air quality, destination dispatch elevator control and lobby turnstile system, and dedicated backup emergency generators.”

In addition to use of the Urban Garden Room for chashama events and performances on the ground floor, The Durst Organization  generously hosts  workshops and meetings by chashama on its 48th and 49th floors.
