For “Loading Bays”, a site-specific program in the Garment District in 2006, this, and 306 across the street were two of the five sites donated by local landowners and repurposed for artistic display on the weekend of October 20-22. In this area, dancers Despina Stamos and Wen-Shuan Yang (et alia) performed “trespass” while local artist Phil Ristaino transformed 306 into the visual installation, “Root Chakra”.
