Four basement/ground level studio units suited for visual arts projects in Washington Heights.

All rooms in the space have tiled floors, sheet rock walls, and ground level windows. Three of the work spaces are connected, one is separate and has a sink. There is a bathroom specifically for the studios.

The studios are in the ground level of an apartment building. They are private and can only be accessed by the artists. The work spaces do not have a slop sink, making them a poor fit for painters, but suitable for other visual art mediums.
