Four basement/ground level studio units suited for visual arts/writing projects in the Bronx.

Work spaces vary in size. All have linoleum floors, wall space, and at least one window.  There is a small kitchen with a sink, refrigerator and microwave inside the space as well as a communal bathroom which has a slop sink.

The studios are accessed through the building elevator and can be accessed by the street for large items.
