by
Cassandra Cotta
November 24, 12-3 pm
Anita's Way
137 West 42nd Street
(the through block connecting 42nd & 43rd streets,
between Broadway and 6th Avenue)
New York, NY
Open Rehearsal
November 24, 12-3 pm;
Please note that this is an open rehearsal; the full show will run April 5-7, 2016 every evening from 4-7 pm.
This dance piece is in its early developmental stages; it is the artists' hope to give the audience a chance to peer into the world of dance performance creation. The work itself centers around the concept of invasion; it is fitting then that the audience should have a chance to prematurely view the work and "invade" the rehearsal process. Each dancer is regarded as an individual collaborator and they have all been working hard to dive into all the possibilities this concept presents; invading themselves, the space, each other, the sound, and the audience.
