Viewers are encouraged to walk through the installation, in a sense "mingling" with the works. Air currents and movement through the installation will make the works dance and sway in reaction. This effect gives the "meat" sculptures life, almost creating a dance floor. Though when viewed from a distance when they are still they become their corpse like forms awaiting their fate beyond their death... The title "Meat Market" is a play on words relating the art gallery experience to that of a bar or club, as well as the commerce of the meat industry trade.

Twisted and knotted forms hang in a grouping in the window. They are similar in format to windows full of duck, rabbit, or chicken. Yet these are painted forms that individually do not represent dead meat. Upon stepping inside, a transformation from gallery to meat locker occurs, where larger forms made from paper and canvas hang in rows and columns from the ceiling by stainless steal hooks.
