As part of the Harlem Open Artists' Studios Tour (HOAST), chashama will be opening its 461 studios to the public October 15 and 16 from Noon to 6pm.
On display in the 461 gallery: a group exhibition of 461 artists, curated by Roy Secord.

HOAST2011
We are thrilled to announce that HOAST2011, artHARLEM's walking tour of Harlem artist studios, galleries and exhibition spaces is scheduled for October 15 + 16. Four years ago we welcomed over 2,000 visitors who came Harlem to meet artists, buy art and visit new exhibitions. Join other Harlem artists and galleries as we open our doors once again and invite the public to attend a free weekend of artist talks, gallery openings and walking tours of artist studios and exhibition spaces.
artHARLEM and HOAST2011 is a volunteer minority-led organization with a firm commitment to diversity. We serve and are staffed by New Yorkers regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
