Aroma Gym™ is a space dedicated to exercising the sense of smell.

A delicate innovative technology will guide your body on the path of developing an improved and discerning sense of smell that will help you to identify top notes in wine and beer, taste the aromatic flavors of food, and smile when you recognize the smell of your favorite flower in your favorite perfume.

It has been noted that the sense of smell might provide clues to some of the mysteries of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's while genetic differences in taste could hold the key to predicting what we eat, how well metabolism works, and, according to new research, whether or not we are overweight. At the same time, experts say taste and smell work together in ways you might not realize to produce some of the basic sensations of everyday life.

Translate your vision into scent and learn about the beauty and power of communicating through perfume. This space will inspire you to develop your own unique scent vision, and by doing so offer you  a new perspective on your life and projects. Aroma Gym provides professionals across creative industries with the sensory know-how to expand their projects. Designers, artists, marketers, chefs and writers can enhance their work by exploring the language of smell.

As a result of this highly interactive session, you will discover the raw materials which are the basic  notes that are used in a scent.  You will also have the opportunity to interact with an airq scent player and odor-phone, which are the latest in interactive cellular technology.

About the Artists:

Gerard Segovia (Spain,1978) has devoted his work to understanding the relationship between our physical existence and whereabouts. Credentials: School of Architecture of Valladolid, Spain. Fashion Retail Academy, London, United  Kingdom, Northern Racing College, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
